Outreach Recruiter
Ananda Farland is a Duplin County native and has been part of the James Sprunt Community College team since 2025. She is passionate about helping students see the possibilities that extend beyond high school. Her goal is to encourage Duplin County students to pursue their education with confidence, reminding them that their background does not define their future. In her own words, “It does not matter where you come from; it matters what you do with it.”
Areas of Focus: Career exploration, Curriculum courses, Duplin County Schools High School Programs, and Student success.

Osman Moncada is a passionate Outreach Recruiter committed to fostering meaningful connections and driving community growth. With a strong belief in the power of collaboration and inclusion, he works tirelessly to identify opportunities that empower individuals and strengthen local networks. He thrives on building bridges between people and resources, and creating pathways for success and sustainable development.
