TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE
Just Ask Tech Support provides JSCC students with assistance with technical issues related to Self-Service, Student Email, and Moodle. Students may visit our center located in the Boyette Building Library or contact us at justasktechsupport@jamessprunt.edu or 910-275-6400. Regular hours of operation are Monday-Thursday, 7:30 am-5:00 pm, and Friday, 8:00 am-12:00 pm (summer hours are Monday-Thursday, 8:00 am – 6:00 pm)
24/7 REAL-TIME CHAT AND AFTER-HOURS PHONE SUPPORT
Students and faculty may receive assistance with technical issues at any time through the 24/7 Anthology Helpdesk AI Chatbot. To access this chatbot, click the blue message icon in the bottom right corner of this page. Any requests that the chatbot cannot resolve will be escalated to Anthology’s live support agents.
If you prefer phone support after normal college hours, you may contact Anthology support representatives at 910-550-1995. Any requests that the agent is unable to resolve will be escalated to a JSCC representative.
