Human Resource Development

Human Resource Development (HRD) courses help students improve and develop soft skills to enter and succeed in the 21st-century workforce. In addition, HRD courses help promote our community’s economic, social, and educational growth.

Tuition for Human Resource Development courses is waived to every individual who meets the following FEE WAIVED criteria:

Underemployed, unemployed, or Federal EIC eligible.
