What an honor to welcome back Mr. Charlie Albertson, who served on the JSCC board for several years in the 80s, 90s, and 2000s. His many talents were shared with us through his documentary by another DC local, Denver Hollingsworth.

Thanks again for visiting our campus! 🖤

What is a lineworker’s favorite holiday?
CURRENT-ly Halloween 👻🎃

I am sure some days can be spookier than others for these lineworker students, but we are so proud of them for always working hard!

Meet Presidential Scholar and 2024 JSCC Ambassador Ansleigh Kornegay. Ansleigh is an Albertson native and a recent graduate of East Duplin High School. She decided to attend JSCC because of the sense of home atmosphere on campus. Ansleigh is finishing her prerequisites for Nursing and hopes to enroll in JSCC’s Nursing Program next year!

Ansleigh’s favorite JSCC experience so far has been volunteering at the James Sprunt Foundation’s Golf Tournament, where she found this special friend (Ansleigh adores cats)! In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, going to the beach, and shopping. She also enjoys painting banners for special events.

Ansleigh is a great asset to the JSCC family, and we are happy to have her serve as an Ambassador for the 2024-2025 academic year.
