Testing Services

Overview

The William H. Wiggs library here at James Sprunt provides access to a variety of on-site academic and career-focused testing services for both students and community members. Whether you’re preparing for admission to a health sciences program through the ATI TEAS exam, earning your high school equivalency with the GED or HiSET, demonstrating college readiness through placement testing, or taking the SAT to support your educational goals, our Testing Center offers a secure, professional, and supportive environment.

Let us help you build the bridge between where you are today and the goals you hope to achieve tomorrow.

Testing Accommodations

The Testing Center is committed to providing equal access to educational opportunities for all students. Accommodated testing services are available for students who have approved accommodations through the college’s Disability Services Office.

Students receiving testing accommodations should coordinate with Disability Services and notify their instructor of their accommodation needs. Appointments should be scheduled as early as possible to ensure availability of appropriate testing space, technology, and support services.

Common testing accommodations may include extended testing time, reduced-distraction environments, assistive technology, alternative formats, and other approved accommodations. All testing accommodations are provided in accordance with college policies and applicable federal and state laws.

Students must present a valid photo ID and comply with all Testing Center procedures and academic integrity expectations.

**For any additional questions regarding accommodations, contact the Testing Center or Disability Services Office for assistance.
