The Department of Institutional Effectiveness supports the College by providing ongoing timely data collection, analysis, and dissemination of internal and external reports concerning personnel, facilities, equipment, programs, services, and fiscal resources. This information is used for databases, external and internal studies, and statistical analyses to support planning evaluation and management processes. The Department of Institutional Effectiveness also guides the College in the completion of its continuous planning activities.

Quality Enhancement Plan
The Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP) is a document developed by the College that (1) includes a process identifying key issues emerging from institutional assessment, (2) focuses on learning outcomes and/or the environment supporting student learning and accomplishing the mission of the institution, (3) demonstrates institutional capability for the initiation, implementation, and completion of the QEP, (4) includes broad-based involvement of institutional constituencies in the development and proposed implementation of the QEP, and (5) identifies goals and a plan to assess their achievement.

IPEDS – National Center for Education Statistics (NCES)
IPEDS is a system of 12 interrelated survey components conducted annually that gathers data from every college, university, and technical and vocational institution that participates in the federal student financial aid programs.
