LEAD INSTRUCTOR AMBER DAIL RECEIVES PRAISE FOR A GROWING PROGRAM AT JSCC
KENANSVILLE, NC, JULY 10th, 2024: James Sprunt Community College’s lead instructor for Advertising and Graphic Design, Amber Dail, was recently given an exciting shout-out! JSCC was named “#1 Advertising & Graphic Design Associate Degree in North Carolina by TechGuide’s 2024 Best-of-Program Ranking.” Dail was both surprised and honored at the acknowledgment.
“As the lead instructor of Advertising and Graphic Design, I take pride in the program I have been honored to be a part of since 2008. The courses offered in the program provide a practical, hands-on learning experience for each student. I have strategically planned and organized each course to cover every type of real-world design job scenario. Students need to know how to navigate every type of situation.”
Dail has proven to be a pillar member of the JSCC team. Instructors like Dail are passionate about understanding the needs of adult learners and providing them with the most effective means of obtaining a successful career in the industry of their choice. Dail explains that working in graphic design is an opportunity to impact society.
She further states, “I wish people realized how much they are affected by graphic design in our world. Graphic designers play a huge role in many things you purchase and observe daily. Their work is responsible for projects such as logos, newspaper/magazines, product design, billboards, social media design/marketing, website design, and branding!”
